mono products do not require special maintenance. Clean with a soft cloth dampened in water. To remove any traces of grease, you can use dishwashing detergent.
mono products made of aluminum and painted in an electrostatic field are 100% resistant in a humid environment. Those made of steel are resistant in a humid environment only if they are not affected by mechanical impacts or deep scratches that remove their paint film.

Our company can only collaborate with businesses from European Union member states. For these transactions, the invoice will be issued without VAT, in accordance with regulations on intra-community supplies.

Please note that if your order has already been processed at the warehouse, unfortunately we cannot stop the shipment.
If you want to modify your order, you can only remove items. Adding new items is not possible, as the total payment cannot exceed the approved amount. Once your order has been processed, no further changes can be made.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. In some cases, we can arrange a collection at the standard shipping cost.

If the return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once the return is received at the warehouse, the refund process will begin.
During busy periods, this process may take a few days. Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and a refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
