After receiving the final confirmation of your order (according to the process described in the "How I order" section), we are responsible for the proper packing, sealing and labeling of the parcel, and the courier company is responsible for its transportation and delivery according to the law. The parcel will contain the products and quantities finally confirmed by you, as well as the related fiscal and transportation documents. If the data filled in the order form are incorrect, we disclaim any responsibility for any delays or non-deliveries.
After taking the order, the courier company will contact you for delivery details.
The courier will do its best to deliver the parcels Monday through Friday between 9.00 and 17.00. It will attempt to deliver the parcel for two consecutive working days, leaving a notification for each attempt. If the courier is unable to deliver the parcel due to an incorrect address, he will make reasonable efforts to find the correct address.
For areas with special tariffs in Romania or outside Romania, the transportation costs will be communicated punctually to the customers, depending on the destination of each order, before the final confirmation of the order.
PRICE PAID
The price displayed on the site for products sold in Romania includes VAT and is expressed in RON. To this price is added only the transportation cost, displayed and explained in the shopping cart section.
For deliveries within the European Union, the price of the products does not include VAT and the final cost will be calculated according to the applicable tax regulations.
Product prices are subject to change over time, but the order will be processed at the price displayed at the time of placing the order.
If additional charges apply in addition to the product price and shipping, they will be clearly specified before the order is finalized and shipped.
