How do I buy?

Any Visitor/User of the website who chooses to purchase the products presented and described on this website, must read and accept the "Terms and Conditions" and the "Personal Data Processing Agreement", because the order placement for the purchase of products can be made only with the prior explicit agreement on the full content of these documents. Before purchasing any product, it is advisable to carefully read all the information in the presentation sections of the respective product.To place an order, follow 3 SIMPLE STEPS:

Step 1 # choose the product and add it to the cartChoose the desired products, read all the information related to them and click the "Add to cart" button.

Step 2 # visualize and fill in the information in the cartGo to the "Shopping cart" section on the top-right side of the website, visualize the products you have added to the cart, fill in the final number of pieces for each product you have chosen, see the shipping method, the corresponding price, the payment method and then click the "Continue checkout" button.

Step 3 # finalize and send the orderYou only need to enter the billing and shipping information. If the billing address differs from the delivery address, please enter it separately.Then, before pressing the "Place Order" button, you must check that you agree with the "Terms and Conditions" and the "Personal Data Processing Agreement", then press the "Place Order" button.After placing the orderThe information sent after pressing the "Place Order" button will be checked and you will receive an e-mail confirming the order. The order will be considered launched only after sending this final order confirmation e-mail, which will confirm or deny the existence of all the products ordered, will contain other details related to delivery, courier, payment, etc. Before we send you the final order confirmation e-mail, if necessary, we will contact you by phone for clarifications or explanations.

If, compared to the order you initially placed, there are changes (some products are out of stock, increased shipping price for special areas, etc.), after you receive the e-mail from us explaining these changes, we will need another final confirmation from you by e-mail, which will also include your final agreement to pick up your products and send them to the courier.
