Return policy
Products purchased at a distance can be returned in accordance with O.U.G. 34/2014: the consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract. The return of products will be made at the customer's expense, within 14 calendar days from the termination of the contract. It is recommended to use the same transportation service used for receiving the products
According to OUG 34/2014, products made to custom order do not benefit from the right of return. If the product shows defects or visible differences between the model shown on the website and the product received, we assume the responsibility to replace the product. According to the e-commerce law OG no. 130/2000, art.
S.C. MAGUS ONE S.R.L. will refund the value of the order in the shortest possible time after receiving the returned product. The returned amount and the return conditions do not include transportation costs.
Definition of sales contract (Art. 2, 5.): any contract under which the trader transfers or undertakes to transfer the ownership of goods to the consumer and the consumer pays or undertakes to pay the price for those goods, including any contract having as its object both goods and services.
Art. 12 mentions that exercising the right of withdrawal terminates the obligations of the contractual parties. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (preferably in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents). Products that show physical alterations, dents, chipping, scratches, scratches, shocks, signs of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc. will not be accepted for return.
The provisions of OUG 34/2014 apply only to the consumer defined as any natural person or group of natural persons constituted in associations as defined in art. 2 pct. 2 OG 21/1992 on consumer protection, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions and only in the case of distance contracts (any contract concluded between the professional and the consumer within an organized distance selling system, without the simultaneous physical presence of the professional and the consumer, with the exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication, panala and including the moment the contract is concluded).
The consumer is only liable for the diminished value of the products resulting from the handling of the products other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, point (47) of the presentation: to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the consumer should handle and inspect them in the same way as he would be allowed to do in a shop; for example, the consumer should only try on an article of clothing, not wear it.
Some products are marked with a manufacturer's seal on the packaging. This seal is not compulsory, but is specific to the manufacturer. The presence of the seal is not obligatory to prove that the product is exactly in the form and condition in which it was issued by the manufacturer. Damage to the seal shall not restrict the right to cancel the contract.

Exercise of the right of withdrawal
The consumer informs S.C. MAGUS ONE S.R.L. of the decision to withdraw from the contract by one of the following means: a model form or an unequivocal statement made on a durable medium (preferably e-mail: conact@mono.store ). The consumer has 14 days from receipt of the products to notify the withdrawal from the contract.
Obligations incumbent upon S.C. MAGUS ONE S.R.L.
The full refund of the amounts received as payment, including the costs of delivery (unless the consumer has explicitly chosen another type of delivery than the standard delivery). The refund of the amounts will be made using the same reasonably applicable methods of payment (in the case of cash on delivery, the refund will be made in the same way as the consumer has chosen). The repayment obligation shall be fulfilled within 14 days of receipt of the return request.
Obligations of the consumer
The products are delivered to S.C. MAGUS ONE S.R.L. personally or to an authorized person (designated courier) without undue delay and within a maximum of 14 days after the announcement of the decision to withdraw from the contract. The consumer shall bear the costs of return. The consumer is only liable for any diminution in value of the products resulting from handling of the products other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
Return of products
You may request the return of products in the following cases:
The delivered product does not correspond to the specifications on the website. You can request its return for replacement or full refund (if the product is no longer available).
Product non-functional within 48 hours (2 working days) of receipt. If the purchased product has been delivered non-functional or with manufacturing defects, it will be replaced with a functional product, upon written notification or by presentation at the premises within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
Product in damaged package. For products whose parcels show visible damage upon receipt by courier, we recommend that you refuse their receipt. For proof, the parcel can be photographed and a report can be drawn up together with the courier company's representative stating the condition of the parcel at the time of delivery. The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you in full at the moment you take physical possession of the product. Any subsequent claim will be disregarded. In the event of the use of a carrier commissioned by the consumer, the risk is transferred at the time of delivery of the products to the carrier.
Products wrongly delivered. Where a product other than that ordered has been delivered.
The return costs for the above situations (not in the case of renouncing the purchase) are the responsibility of our store.
Return requests must be notified by e-mail to contact@mono.store within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
Returning products to the headquarters of S.C. MAGUS ONE S.R.L. can be made from Monday through Friday between 10:00 - 17:00.
In all the above cases, except for the one concerning the defects during the warranty period, the products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, accompanied by all accessories and original documents. Damage to the products or putting them in a condition that makes their resale impossible will result in refusal of return.
